7 Day Meal Plan For Kidney Disease Pdf

Day 1

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with 1 cup of cooked green beans and 1 small baked sweet potato.
Day 2
Breakfast: One whole wheat English muffin with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 small banana.
Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich made with 1 slice of low-sodium cheese and 2 slices of whole wheat bread. Serve with 1 cup of tomato soup.
Dinner: Baked salmon with 1 cup of cooked brown rice and 1 cup of steamed broccoli.
Day 3
